The main responsibilities will include food preparation and cooking, batch production for outlet supply, portion and quality control, maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards, stock and ingredient handling, and following production schedules set by the Central Kitchen.

• Cambodian national preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sihanoukville
• Previous experience as a Cook / Senior Cook in a restaurant, hotel, catering operation, or central kitchen
• Able to follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and production SOPs
• Experience in high-volume or batch cooking is preferred
• Basic English is an advantage
• Disciplined, clean, reliable, and willing to learn
• For Senior Cook candidates, experience supervising junior kitchen staff is preferred
