Responsibilities and Duties

Support business process optimization and improve initiative
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze performance data (cycle times, error rates, resource usage) to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Project management support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring business process improvement initiatives across departments.
Training Support: Help prepare user guides and training materials to onboard staff on newly updated processes.
Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews or workshops with cross-functional teams to capture exact current-state procedures

Qualifications and Skills

Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Good at AI tool.
Willing to learn new things & can handle with multiple tasks.
At least 1y of experience in process coordination, business analysis, operations, or project support.
