To lead and develop the company's Medical Strategy and Medical function by translating medical and scientific insights into practical business strategies that support brand growth, customer trust, healthcare professional engagement, end-user needs, and overall business objectives.

A. Strategic Task:

• Convey Brand Strategic into Medical Channel
• Develop a Medical Strategy in the Medical Channel to ensure our Brand will be BoFC.
• Build and Develop HCP profile and portfolio to fit with our Line of Business or Product Category

B. People Task:

• Overall management team with high performance and effectively.
• Build a good journey for people development in Medical Function
• Implement Team and Task balancing culture to fit company culture
• Build Team engagement

C. Operational:

• Budget Controlling to make sure effectively and efficiently to reach our functional objective
• Manage daily medical operation

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, Medical Marketing, Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, FMCG Healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with Healthcare Professionals is strongly preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning, medical education, stakeholder engagement, or cross-functional business projects is highly preferred.
• Management or team leadership experience is an advantage.
