Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive, inspect and record incoming stock accuracy
- Maintain proper storage, arrangement and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile differences
- Ensure stock accuracy, minimize losses and prevent expiry
- Coordinate with accounts, sales and procurement teams
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 year of experience in stock management or inventory control
- Good Knowledge of Inventory systems and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, responsible and well-organized
- Able to work independently and as part of team
