1. Testing & Commissioning Management

• Develop and manage the Master Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Plan in alignment with project schedules and client requirements.
• Lead all MEP testing and commissioning activities to ensure successful system completion and handover.

2. Planning and Coordination

• Prepare and review commissioning procedures, method statements, ITPs, testing schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.

3. System Integration and Performance Testing

• Manage integrated testing of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Ensure all systems operate according to design specifications, performance requirements, and applicable standards.

4. Quality, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure testing and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions where required.

5. Client and Stakeholder Management

• Attend client witnessing tests and inspections and obtain required approvals and sign-offs.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical and commissioning-related issues.

6. Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Testing & Commissioning team.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to engineers and technicians.

7. Reporting and Project Handover

• Monitor commissioning progress and prepare regular reports for Management.
• Ensure complete commissioning documentation and support successful project handover and close-out.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP Testing & Commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Experience in integrated systems testing and project handover processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
