We are seeking for responsible and detail oriented stock controller to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, coordinate stock receiving and issuing, and support warehouse operations to minimize discrepancies.

• Monitor daily stock movement including receiving, issuing, transfer, and return of goods (If any).
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and physical warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams regarding to stock availability.
• Ensure FIFO stock rotation practice is followed properly.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock.
• Verify incoming and outgoing stock documents such as delivery notes, receiving notes and invoices update on time.
• Support stock planning to avoid overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers or transporters when stock delivery issues occur.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum1-2 years of Stock control experience.
• Experience in trading, FMCG, food packaging, or warehouse environment an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Advance excel).
• Accountant software QB is a plus
• Good command of Khmer and English, Japanese is a plus.
