This role will directly support:
- Executive meeting preparation and coordination
- Task tracking and follow-up with department heads
- Reporting consolidation (Operations, Finance, S&OP)
- Acting as a communication bridge between Chairwoman and management team
- Ensuring execution discipline and follow-through on decisions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong communication skills (Khmer and English; Chinese is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and ownership
- Strong coordination skills across departments
- Driving ability is preferred.

- Mature and professional (preferred age: 30–45)
- Strong personality with respectful and structured communication
- Capable of managing people and enforcing follow-up
- Not purely task-driven — must demonstrate thinking ability, structure, and ownership mindset
