Responsibilities and Duties
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment such as air-conditioners, washing machines, dryer machines, lighting systems, and other electrical appliances.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the building.
- Assist in solving maintenance issues and support tenants when needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
- Candidates with wall painting experience are highly preferred.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic knowledge and experience in electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
