Responsibilities and Duties

Act as a key facilitator to ensure a smooth & efficient experience for passengers using Grab service at the Airport pick up facility:

  1. Ensure Passenger Waiting: Monitor the pick-up facility area to ensure that all passengers intending to use Grab services are patiently waiting for their ride in the designated areas.
  2. Assist with Luggage: Provide assistance to Grab passengers with the loading of their luggage onto the vehicle, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  3. Approach and Assist Travelers: Proactively approach travelers who have reached the pick-up facility and appear to be looking for transportation. Offer assistance by either guiding them on how to download and use the Grab app to book a ride or by booking a ride on their behalf if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Ability to communicate well in English; knowledge of additional languages is aplus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Must be punctual
