Responsibilities and Duties

Know the requirements for product registration in Cambodia for cosmetics, supplements, medicines
Communicate (by email and chat apps) with international product manufacturers (in English)
Request and receive manufacturing and regulatory documents for cosmetics, supplements, medicines
Review, organize, and submit online registration information to Ministry of Health (MoH) CamPORS
Receive questions from MoH about products and work with SEREY team to write and submit answers
Organize product registration documents (on paper and/or online) after registrations have been obtained

Qualifications and Skills

University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
Pharmacy, Nursing, or Medical (MD) degree is preferred
Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare business is a plus
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
Honest and positive attitude
