Build and expand a strong business network that drives client acquisition through partnerships, referrals, and market presence while shaping how the company is positioned in the market. This role focuses on who we connect with, how we are perceived, and how opportunities are converted into business.
Partnership & Network Building (Core Focus)
- Identify and connect with key partners (tax firms, associations, business communities)
- Build long-term relationships that generate consistent referrals
- Structure and activate collaboration models (referral, co-selling, events)
Revenue & Deal Conversion
- Turn partnerships and inbound opportunities into real business
- Lead discussions, proposals, and negotiations
- Work closely with internal team to close deals smoothly
Market Presence & Brand Positioning
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and communities
- Strengthen credibility and trust in the market
- Ensure consistent and professional external communication
Social Media Direction (Light Oversight)
- Guide content direction based on real market insights
- Ensure messaging aligns with partnerships and target clients
- Work with marketing associate (not execution-heavy role)
- Strong in relationship-building and communication
- Experience in B2B, financial services, or professional services (preferred)
- Able to open doors and create opportunities, not just follow leads
- Strategic thinker but also hands-on in execution
- Comfortable representing the company externally
