The Video Editor & Videographer is a highly creative and technical role responsible for capturing and producing compelling visual stories that elevate our brand presence. This position sits at the intersection of content creation and digital marketing, requiring a candidate who can manage the entire production lifecycle from researching trends and scriptwriting to on site shooting and high-end post-production editing.

I. Strategy & Planning

• Research trending topics, industry trends, and high-volume keywords relevant to the construction sector.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to organize weekly and monthly production plans.
• Collaborate on storytelling concepts, scriptwriting, and creating shot lists before visiting project sites.

II. Content Capture

• Regularly visit various construction sites to capture high-quality cinematic footage and professional photography.
• Document project progress, technical team activities, and key construction milestones.
• Ensure excellent visual and audio quality, effectively managing equipment in active construction environments.

III. Video Editing & Photoshop

• Edit raw footage into professional, engaging video content suitable for various platforms
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and create high-impact thumbnails or social media layouts.
• Maintain a highly organized library of photo and video assets for easy retrieval and future use.

IV. Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that highlight project excellence and brand identity. Introduce innovative ways to tell the "construction story," making complex projects relatable and impressive to the audience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related creative field. Preferred Knowledge
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Devinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Understanding of branding and how to maintain consistency across all video outputs. Required Required Skill

• Bilingual communication (English & Khmer) preferred for accessibility and inclusivity.
