Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute and monitoring on visibilities plan, Plan-o-gram guidelines and share of shelf
- Deploy all promotional materials, POSM, Product launch
- Counting and recording the number of facing for every field visit
- Monthly counting share of shelf
- Display merchandise with visual appeals to attract consumers
- Research and analyze competitor’s displays to suggest effective strategies
- Coordinate with sales teams and prepare outlets for promotion
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong execution on store visibilities and prevent loss SOS
- Proven hands-on experience in working with trade marketing
- Demonstrate expertise in store merchandising
- Demonstrate fluency in local language both written and spoken
