The Cost Analyst safeguards company profitability by ensuring accurate costing, margin analysis, pricing control, and financial intelligence for production and procurement. This role directly supports the Managing Director and Finance Manager and is essential for achieving company 2026 revenue target.

• Calculate standard and actual cost for Hot Press, Cold Press, and PUR lines.
• Analyze gross margin by SKU, Top 5/10/20 groups, supplier, and production line.
• Build and maintain accurate selling price models for Sales, BD, and Marketing.
• Validate procurement cost, supplier price trends, and production cost accuracy.
• Deliver weekly margin reports and monthly costing analysis to FM & MD.
• Support S&OP with costing insights for production and material planning.
