Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor or master degree in chemistry or chemical Engineering, or related field and/or Sound Experience and/or knowledge in Electroplating, background jewelry be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in chemistry engineering/production, developing and supporting the plating process expertise and analytical skills.
- Strong experience making physical-chemical analyses of the baths & industrial waters such as determining metals & salts, pH, hull cell, electrical conductivity, etc.
- Relevant experience with facility support for plating lines such as wastewater treatment, air exhaust etc.
- Experience in the development of plating jigs
- Strong experience managing projects, especially the ones related to technology/process development
- Manufacturing KPI's driven, especially Quality Yields.
- Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including good English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with computer applications (Ms. Office, ERP)
- Knowledge: planning production, quality control, and leading team.
