Job Summary

This is a target-driven position focused on revenue generation, business expansion, and client engagement. The role requires proactive market development, B2B relationship management, program coordination, and continuous client support to ensure sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

Job Details

  • Nature of Employment: Remote / Work from Home
  • Job Location: Cambodia
  • Weekly Holiday: One day per week
  • Candidate must have his/her own laptop, smart phone (to use for official purpose also)
  • Candidate must use a separate SIM card for the company purpose and use WhatsApp Business for companies communication

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across targeted industries and geographic regions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of individual professionals, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, monitor sales activities, and track performance metrics.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Present and promote the institute’s professional certification and training programs to individuals, corporate clients, and academic partners.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments and long-term institutional partnerships.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and program offerings.

4. Market Research & Strategic Development

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights into client needs to enhance course design and promotional strategies

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of training programs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute innovative ideas for business expansion.
Qualifications and Skills

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Management, Education, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Relevant professional certification in Business Development, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or Training Management will be considered an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications in HR, Training & Development, Sales, Marketing, or Project Management will be preferred.


2. Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, training coordination, learning & development, or client relationship management in Training Provider companies, professional education institutes.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate partnership development, or professional training program promotion.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in training program coordination, webinar management, or professional development programs will be highly valued.
  • Exposure to international markets, professional certification programs, or educational institutions will be considered an advantage.

  • Client Relationship Management: Capability to build strong professional relationships with corporate clients, institutional partners, and individual professionals while ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and provide strategic insights to enhance program positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present training programs, proposals, and partnership opportunities to corporate stakeholders.
  • Program Coordination & Operational Support: Competence in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth organization and delivery of training programs, workshops, and professional certification courses.
  • Digital & CRM Proficiency: Ability to effectively utilize CRM systems, online meeting platforms, marketing tools, and data reporting dashboards to manage leads and monitor performance.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Capability to prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to support management decision-making.
  • Target Orientation & Performance Management: Strong ability to work in a target-driven environment, maintain high levels of accountability, and consistently achieve defined KPIs.
