Responsibilities and Duties
- Permanent on-site control quality output across the factories through out product review meeting, inline inspection and final inspection for sample and bulk orders based on given quality requirement.
- Review the development sample in Proto/TPA/SMS.
- Review the production of Size Set/PPS checking and approval
- Management of the factory production Status
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with the company standards.
- Reporting production status at various stages and reporting the potential problems if any.
- Resolve the quality and workmanship problems during production stage.
- Support Headquarter for making quality decision for any production issues.
- Constant alignment and communication with HK team on workmanship and quality requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years' experience in the garment industry, particularly in Woven Jacket
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in quality management system
- Computer skills (Ms Office, Internet and Email...)
- Residential in Phnom Penh is preferable
- Frequency travelling to Vietnam; Bangladesh; Myanmar etc ..
