• Comprehensively understand and master the company's quality control workflow, and be familiar with the entire product process, including the detailed requirements and standards for raw materials, production processes, product packaging, and shipment
• In the early stages of production, gain in-depth understanding and familiarity with the structural safety, materials, processes, and testing items of each specific product, and coordinate with the PE (Product Engineering) and merchandising department on PPS (pre-production sample) sign-off, material standards, and labeling.
• Prior to mass production, complete all preparatory work for mass production, including incoming material inspection, verification and validation of processes and tooling, sending samples for testing, pilot run, stacking test, and the preparation and implementation of the CAP (Corrective Action Plan) after pilot run.
• At the beginning of mass production, promptly identify batch-specific issues related to raw materials and production processes at each stage by comparing PPS and specifications. Report and communicate these issues to prevent and eliminate batch-related quality issues and develop an ECN (engineering change notice) plan.
• Throughout the entire production process, conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and final inspection in accordance with quality standards and quality control procedures. Objectively and accurately complete all inspection reports and records as required.

• At least five years of experience in quality control or production management in the field of outdoor furniture; candidates with indoor furniture experience will be given priority.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; capable of objectively analyzing root causes of problems, identifying optimal solutions, and ensuring thorough implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic industry English terminology.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning; willing to embrace new knowledge and skills and continuously improve professional expertise.
• Candidates with Chinese language proficiency in speaking and writing are preferred.
