The key responsibilities of Asst MEP Technician include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the facilities in maintenance and other related works
• Monitor and update schedules
• Manage drawings and other documentations.
• Conduct inspections and monitor works.
• Coordination to various parties
• Process inter-department forms and submissions.
• Generate drawings where necessary.

• Must be at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with a minimum of at least 1-year experience in facilities and maintenance of high rise building.
• Must be proficient in Auto Cad and other office related software.
• Must be able to read drawings
• Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to manage and process related documentations.
• Highly motivated, independent and able to multi-task
• Any job scopes related with building engineering and safety
• Ability to use Ms. Office World, Excel, Power Point.
