Warehouse & Spare Parts Operations

• Manage spare parts purchase and related procedures using the SAP system.
• Oversee spare parts sales, supply, and delivery processes to ensure timely customer support.
• Conduct demand forecasting for spare parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform inventory control and regular stock checking to ensure accuracy between system and physical stock.
• Ensure spare parts quality management and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and control spare parts pricing and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage and control loan unit allocation and return processes.
• Maintain warehouse 5S standards, layout efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.

KPI Control for Spare Parts Operation

• Monitor and track KPI on MOI( Monthly of Inventory), PSR (Part Supply Ratio).
• Implement improvement activities to enhance operational performance.

Reporting

• Generate reports from SAP for inventory closing, stock cycle count, and discrepancies.
• Prepare discontinued parts list reports.
• Summarize and report on parts purchasing.
• Generate spare parts error reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management roles
• Experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP, ERP, or WMS is required.
• Good English communication and reading skills .
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement principles is a plus.
