Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop a portfolio of professional and executive programs based on Company core academic expertise.
- Identify opportunities for offering professional and executive education in Phnom Penh and more widely.
- Identify opportunities to work with partner universities on the development and delivery of professional and executive programs.
- Oversee the costing and pricing, marketing, delivery and management of professional and executive programs at Company.
- Identify a range of externally awarded professional programs to deliver at Company (e.g. ACCA, CIPD, PMI, CIMA, LIBF etc.) and oversee the necessary accreditation and licensing arrangements for local delivery.
- Identify opportunities for the development and delivery of bespoke executive programs for clients in Phnom Penh and more widely, including specialized English language programs.
- Undertake undergraduate or graduate teaching duties according to qualifications and background.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience of developing and delivering professional and executive programs in a university context.
- Strong academic background in a relevant field, preferably PhD or relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience of working with professional and awarding bodies in the delivery of professional programs.
- An excellent level of commercial awareness and understanding of costing and pricing in higher education.
- Strong personal communication skills and experience of successful engagement with clients from a range of industries.
- Excellent understanding of training methodologies.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and achieving targets.
- A clear communicator who provides value-added experience to students.
- Able to teach using real-world experience, and confidently engage with students in an engaging manner.
- Technologically savvy: can utilize email and a range of online learning systems.
- Passionate about their specific academic field (s) and education in general.
- An understanding of the use of curriculum design, pedagogy, and learning outcome alignment.
- Proficient in Learning Management System (Canvas) or similar technology skills.
