Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitoring network infrastructure and network devices (Router, Switch, Base Station and Customer’s connections)
- Support customer over the phone, on chat Telegram, line or via email
- Receive request and support accordingly all kinds of available services
- Follow up ticket case until closed
- Maintenance access network system frequently as schedule
- Update network system documentation when anything changed or updated
- Troubleshooting network system problem
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience related to field
- Knowledge MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei
- Must be able to use common software programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Technical knowledge and proficiency with LAN/WAN, VLAN, Switching, Routing, Troubleshooting etc.
- Configuration familiar, wireless and fiber network
- Good spoken and written English, both English and Khmer. Speak Chinese is an advantage
- Willing to work in shift
