The Dispatch & Planning supervisor is responsible for oversees and supervising daily dispatch, route planning operations, addressing operational issues or delays to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods and trucks reports. Analytical to optimize productivity, maintain service quality and compliance with company and regulatory requirements, monitoring performance, coordinating and training new driver, managing the use of dispatch software.

• Supervise daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
• Develop and implement dispatching processes to optimize time and resource management
• Lead and mentor dispatchers’ team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor dispatch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Manage communication with drivers and address any issues that arise during dispatch
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records and generate daily/monthly performance reports
• Dealing with conflict and being able to solve it quickly
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

• 2 - 4 year of experience in this career
• high school diploma or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written & spoken English
• Patience, flexibility, problem solving, able to work under pressure, team-oriented
