The Specialist, Sales Campaign and Report Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation contest and report analysis for Distribution channel to drive business growth and alignment with company objectives. This role ensures that compensation structures are competitive, compliant, and effectively support the strategic goals of the organization.
Sales Campaigns & Contest Management
- Collaborate with the Head of Distribution Admin to develop campaign strategies, including local and international incentive trips, contests, and tactical initiatives within the approved budget.
- Initiate and implement effective sales campaigns to boost sales momentum and productivity.
- Track daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of all sales contests and announce results to stakeholders.
- Design and maintain Agency Recognition Boards for top sales and recruitment achievements at all sales locations, aligned with branding guidelines.
Contest Evaluation and Optimization
- Conduct thorough analyses of contest results to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Use insights from previous contests to inform the design of future sales promotions, ensuring continuous enhancement of strategies.
Contest Coordination and Execution
- Oversee the organization and logistical support for sales contests, ensuring smooth execution and timely implementation.
- Ensure that all necessary resources are available to support contest activities.
Merchandise Production and Distribution
- Manage the production of sales promotion materials and merchandise, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure that promotional materials align with campaign goals.
- Other tasks assigned by Distribution Admini Head
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3-year experience both banca and agency, life insurance industry with multinational insurer.
- Sound knowledge in budget developing and management
- Sound knowledge in sales operations and processes
- Understanding agency culture and will to work to handle agents.
- Positive attitude and a cultural fit to our organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Good presentation and be able to inspire agents to produce more by using all campaigns.
- An energetic and enthusiastic self-starter that is results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
