We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to oversee and manage all aspects of our company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, software systems, hardware, and network operations. The Head of IT will work closely with different departments to improve and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliability of servers, networks, and other critical IT systems.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for DealerPro software, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Train and support staff in using DealerPro effectively for sales, inventory, and aftersales operations.
• Collaborate with DealerPro support or vendors for advanced technical issues and system enhancements.
• Manage and maintain all company software applications, ensuring they are up to-date and functioning optimally.
• Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware, including computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to employees across departments.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT and data security.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. finance or experience setting up an
• Background in finance or experience setting up and managing finance software systems.
• Proven experience with DealerPro or similar dealership management software.
• Strong background in server management, network administration, and IT security.
• Expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, databases, and cloud-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of server management, networking, and security protocols.
