The Accounting Officer is responsible for receiving, managing, and preparing payment requests in a timely manner, conducting the inventory’s count and fixed asset, assisting in closing report and audit’s process, filling and recording all accounting transactions to Accounting system by following accounting policy and accounting standard.

• Prepare and process payment to supplier by following accounting policies and procedures.
• Filling documents to the right file in a timely manner and ensure the document are tidy.
• Reviewing and checking all sufficient documents before preparing payment
• Recording/Billing invoice to accounting system on a timely manner
• Communicate and deal with suppliers for any issue’s occurring.
• Checking and verifying invoices to meet with General Department of Taxation’s requirement.
• Performing the monthly inventory stock count
• Managing and performing fixed asset counts.
• Assisting the monthly and yearly closing report
• Assisting in the yearly audit process
• Be responsible for OHSE in the workplace and report to his/her supervisor of any hazard detected.
• Continuously monitor the quality of your work to ensure standards are met according to the company quality management system.
• Always abide by the company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting and Finance (ACCA is a plus).
• At least 2 years in manufacturing industry
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Honesty and responsibility
• Self-organized, teamwork and problem solving.
• Able to communicate in English (written and verbal).
