Customer Representative (CR) primarily focuses on new account acquisition, with particular attention to First Time Deposited (FTD) accounts. By using a value-driven, relationship-based approach, CR introduces and demonstrates our products and services, guides Potential Customers (Leads) in choosing the most suitable options, and motivates them to open a live account and to do First Time Deposit (FTD).
• SELL is the primary responsibility of CR, achieved through the mantra: CALL, CALL, CALL!
• CR utilizes the company's wide range of solutions to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.
• CR offers prompt and friendly assistance to Leads via telephone, Facebook, Telegram, live chat, and email.
• CR is responsible for familiarizing Leads with the company’s platforms, trading products, and account procedures.
• CR provides necessary information about the documentation required for becoming a client.
• CR adheres to the company’s high standard of client communication, showcasing excellent telephone etiquette.
• CR works collaboratively to meet departmental KPIs. Key indicators include Total FTD Number, Total FTD Amount, and Call Duration.
• CR should report client complaints to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Manager asap.
• For basic issues, CR may use remote connection tools (AnyDesk and TeamViewer) to assist Leads.
