Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure Organization complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain up to date knowledge of EHS laws and regulations and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
Monitor the effectiveness of safety measures and make necessary adjustment.
Develop and deliver training programs on EHS topics for employees at all levels.
Promote a culture of safety through continuous education and awareness campaigns.
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding EHS best practices.
Lead investigation into incidents and near-misses to identify root cause and recommend preventive measures.
Document and report incidents, ensuring accurate and thorough records are maintained.
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure proper implementation.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
Coordinate emergency drills and training to ensure preparedness.
Act as a primary contact for emergency situations and coordinate response efforts.
Oversea waste management, pollution, control, and reduce conservation program.
Implement and monitor environmental sustainability initiatives.
Conduct environmental impact assessment and recommend mitigation strategies.
Create and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to the organization’s operation.
Ensure all safety equipment and PPE are available, properly maintained, and used correctly.
Develop safety policies and procedures and ensure their integration into everyday practices

Qualifications and Skills

Education: (Preferred) Related degree to Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or other related fields or,
Experience: 2-3 years of experiences in EHS role.
