Responsibilities and Duties

Planning and executing short and long-term growth strategies in alignment with Company's marketing category plans.
Providing support for marketing activities to achieve the company's turnover targets in Cambodia.
Developing marketing strategies through competitive analysis and market research.
Managing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration.
Ensuring the implementation of best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
Collaborating with key stakeholders within Company to create an annual marketing activity calendar, based on prioritized initiatives, goals, and strategy.
Evaluating marketing strategy, KPIs, and commercial benefits to ensure effective prioritization and future planning.
Preparing and presenting monthly marketing performance reports, highlighting achievements against established KPIs.
Collaborating with the central marketing team to establish and maintain budgets for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Khmer. (Preferred.)
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Strong experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with product, sales, and operations teams to align and deliver marketing initiatives.
Solid knowledge in sales and marketing gained through extensive experience.
Adept at delivering compelling content and creative execution that elevate the brand.
Able to shift between strategic thinking and overseeing tactical execution.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online and offline mediums.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge.
