Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle Tour Operation & Quotation based on in-charged
- Supporting MICE, VIP, and other special requirement tours in an assigned destination
- Work with all lands/suppliers to have a competitive cost advantage, and good terms and conditions.
- Conduct Tour Product Training (destination lead, Tour Center, TL & Event & Marketing Team)
- Implement Tour Product Development Plan and Tour Product Update Timely
- Deal with Problems in Operation Destination
- Develop and maintain good relationships with Suppliers (Lands and airlines)
- Compile Weekly Tour Quotations & Monthly Tour Cost Report
- Perform required duties from the Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
- Essential 2 years of experience in tour operation
- Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills,
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism.
