We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Specialist with a focus on digital marketing and design. Digital Marketing:

·        Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).

·        Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

·        Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.

Content Creation:

·        Create compelling visual and written content for digital marketing initiatives, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.

·        Develop graphics, illustrations, and other design assets to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of digital content.

·        Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and messaging.

Design:

·        Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality visuals for both digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and projects that resonate with our target audience.

·        Continuously refine and improve design assets based on feedback and performance data.

Website Management:

·        Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the company website, including updating content, optimizing landing pages, and improving user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).

·        Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and new features as needed.

·        Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

·        Demonstrated experience (internship or professional) in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related area.

·        Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

·        Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying current on design trends and emerging technologies.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with web design and development tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
