Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily communicate with customers and service providers, with provision of exceptional customer services in mind
- Timely and accuracy data entry into Expeditors systems
- Checking and verifying shipping documentations and store into Expeditors Document Image system.
- Preparing and issuing required documents to customers
- Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting department for process improvement and cost reduction
- Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
- Take on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- High diploma or bachelor degree in international trade and logistic, business management, english literal or related field is preferred
- Requires relevant work experience of 1 Year
- Oral and written proficiency in the english language
- Computer literate in MS word, excel and power point
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Timeliness and accountability for results
- Work efficiently and accurately and able to work under pressure and independently, a team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented with patience on detail paper works and record setup in system.
