● Consult/work with NIP leaders and development partners to capture and analyse historical EPI training data
● Develop a process flow and guideline for capturing ongoing and future training data for EPI staff
● Identify gaps and shortcomings of the current training database digital platform through assessment of current utilization by other NMCHC programs and platform functionality
● Identify opportunities for improvement and work with the NMCHC IT team to incorporate improvements into the digital platform
● Lead development of a monitoring tool to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting and tracking of trainings using the database
● Update on the reporting dashboard based on the need of NIP
● Develop a guideline (user guide) for EPI management levels (NIP/PHD/OD) to conduct analysis of EPI staff capacity gaps and identify priorities for capacity building
● Provide technical assistance at all levels to ensure uptake of the training database into routine NIP/sub-national EPI planning processes
● Conduct orientation to NIP team on the use of database
● Perform other duties that may be assigned by NIP/NMCHC leaders
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (public health, monitoring and evaluation, information systems, data analytics)
● Professional experience with web-based, digital tools development
● Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Cambodia MoH or NGOs in developing digital tools
● Professional experience in healthcare, maternal and child care and knowledge of the Cambodia MoH, preferably knowledge of the immunization program
● Experience conducting project monitoring and evaluation is advantageous
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong and effective working relationships with government and NGO partners
● Proficiency at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and/or other data-analysis tools
● Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and work independently with minimal instruction
● Strong openness to feedback and willingness to improve
● Excellent command of written and spoken Khmer
● Good written and spoken English
