Report to: Deputy Operations Manager

Work Station: Phnom Penh

• Daily track on truck locations by GPS system.
• Work with GPS company to fix GPS which doesn’t work.
• Regularly monitor truck driver performance and do report to related party and respond all required if any.
• Monitor on truck trip from PNH to Province or Province to PHN in very morning and afternoon
• Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
• Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.
• Co-ordinating and responding to emergency situations.
• Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management.
• Developing and presenting daily management reports.
• Coordinate to measure kilometer of trip for operations and fuel team.
• Other tasks shall be assigned by line manager. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field.
• Experience in data report (GPS Tracking system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.
• Excellent communication skills Analytical self-starter.
• Good geographic knowledge of Cambodia area.
• Road transport background preferred.
