Responsibilities and Duties

Follow up of inventory use on HO side and at the end of the month check that the total match with site report
Manage and received reports (2 different froms (Equipements / liquid products)) about the use of the month and at the end of the month check if the balance (in/out) matchs. Receive physical count from sites.
Record Form on km / diesel oil used
Daily stock
Record all spare part of truck in excel file for all truck, daily on master lit and end month summary by truck on items used. At share point.
General requet from, after checking parts on supplier site and price needed, send to Panny to confirm again and seeking approval from operations manager
Maintenance truck A/C installation and process in ministry, contact agency, supplier
Send report on monthly to operation manager
