•    Control production and planning to ensure optimum performance and daily output.

•    Be the main technical reference for the Plating Line, cleaning Lines, and chemical composition in the plating process

•    Supervise the chemical analysis for plating baths such as: determining metals & salts, pH, superficial tension, additives, hull cell, etc, as well as for industrial waters as electrical conductivity, solids, pH, etc

•    Supervise troubleshooting in the plating process

•    Manage technology introduction and process improvement projects from business case proposal to production handoff

•    Support machine installation, setup, and validation with Maintenance, Quality, and Production, delivering proper documentation (machine manual, spare parts list, SOP)

•    Measure/improve the production performance by improving Service level, Quality, and Cost

•    Work in close relationship with the Maintenance team for machine installation to ensure capacity increase/process improvement

•    Support and provide technical guidance to the Process Technicians

•    Manage/evaluate technical suppliers

•    Contribute to the external/internal audits

•    Bachelor or master degree in chemistry or chemical Engineering, or related field

and/or Sound Experience and/or knowledge in Electroplating, background jewelry be an advantage.

•    Minimum of 10 years of working experience in chemistry engineering/production, developing and supporting the plating process expertise and analytical skills

•    Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including good English (both written and spoken)

•    Strong experience making physical-chemical analyses of the baths & industrial waters such as determining metals & salts, pH, hull cell, electrical conductivity, etc.

•    Relevant experience with facility support for plating lines such as wastewater treatment, air exhaust etc.

•    Experience in the development of plating jigs

•    Strong experience managing projects, especially the ones related to technology/process development

•    Manufacturing KPI's driven, especially Quality Yields

•    Project management

•    Time management
