    Renaissance Minerals (Cambodia) Limited (“the Company”) is a limited liability company incorporated in Cambodia under registration number Co.2936 E/2006 dated 11 May 2006 issued by the Ministry of Commerce (“MoC”). According to Prakas No. 299 dated 29 December 2015, the Company’s online updated registration number is 00006168.

    The Company is wholly-owned by Renaissance Cambodia Pty Ltd, an international mining and exploration company incorporated in Australia. Its ultimate parent company is Emerald Resources NL, a company incorporated in Perth, Western Australia and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

  • What we do

    The principal activities of the Company is both gold production and exploration activity.

    Okvau Gold Project

    The 100% owned Okvau Gold Project is our flagship project and is located approximately 275 kilometres north-east of Cambodia’s capital city of Phnom Penh in the province of Mondulkiri. Okvau poured its first gold in 2021.

    Memot Gold Project

    We recognise the exceptional potential of Cambodia as a productive gold province and have several highly prospective regional exploration projects including the Memot Gold Project, Snuol, and Oktung and Preak Klong.

    We have been a first mover in Cambodia and have established and nurtured strong relationships with the communities in which we have a presence as well as with the Government of Cambodia.
