    4) Smart water & digital transformation

    • Apply Smart Water Network Management (SWNM), AI-based operations, and digital twin solutions
    • Reduce non-revenue water (NRW), optimize energy use, and improve service reliability

    5) Sustainable water and climate solutions

    • Strengthen climate adaptation and disaster resilience (flood/drought risk management)
    • Support resource efficiency and low-carbon operations across the water cycle
