CC Peninsula Co., LTD is a joint venture company, which was founded on December 14th, 2015 by Mr. Kam Chin Seng, developer of Galaxy Residence and The 240 Phnom Penh projects, Okhna Chear Ratana, former UCB Bank vice president, local borey project developer and owner of the Sun & Moon Hotel, and Mr Zhang Liqu, a resourceful Chinese investor, with large scale investment projects in China and South East Asia.
