Who we are

Arakawa was established in 2008 by Cambodian and Japanese investors. We want middle- and low-income people to have affordable, comfortable housing. More than that, we want to create a community where people live together in harmony, with young and old alike doing good deeds and caring for each other and helping each other and sharing the fun.
