Who we are

PHSME Specialized Bank Ltd. was incorporated locally on 21 March 2001 under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The bank was licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) as a Specialized Bank under Prakas B7-00-05 on 21 March 2001, and started its operations the following months. Bank’s license states that the bank can engage in loans to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), trade, agriculture and small businesses from its capital resources, and offer other cash services related to sector.
