Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support. We are working with underprivileged children, children living in poverty, and without any formal education. We help more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.
PSE currently employs more than 600 dedicated staff to provide food, medical care, general education (from grade 1 to grade 12) and vocational training in different skills to maltreated, destitute and uneducated children who scavenge in dump sites to survive, or work in difficult and dangerous situations in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.
Pour un Sourire d’Enfant’s (PSE) mission is to help children escape from destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well-paid jobs.
