Admin and Account Works:
- Filling documentation in order for each different client
- Check the monthly expense claim from staff to ensure it is accurate and follow the company policy or agreement.
- Prepare payment voucher
- Processing payment to supplier which related to the project
- Issue invoice to client
- Follow up client on outstanding payment
- Other work assign by the supervisor
Payroll Work:
- Collect staff information and prepare employee file
- Ensure that all staff comply with labor compliance
- OT calculation
- Salary tax, benefit tax, withholding tax calculation related to staff remuneration
- Payroll calculation
- Process monthly payroll to staff
- Send out pay slip to all staff
- Prepare payroll report
- Advice client and outsourcing staff on basic information related to employment.
- Graduate in Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- Good in English communication both writing and speaking
- One to two year experience in HR, Accounting is a plus
- Like to work with number and people
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline
- Good Team player Be able to learn new things quickly
- Good communication (verbally, by phone call and email)
