This term and condition will not be limited to the domestic user but to any international user who benefits from the content or service of HRINC website.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term “another sector” shall define as any website directly under HRINC control, which includes but not limited to (ITLink.com.kh, HRINC.asia.com). The user may use these websites appropriately in accordance with HRINC standard as stated herein. HRINC shall reserve the right to collect all available information from you, through (i)profile registration, (ii) cookies, (iii) your resume, and (iv) other information that may provide directly by you or indirectly through the third-party who appointed by the User.  

The User is strongly encouraged to read and understand all of the policies under this website. This policy will be published in public, thus, all the users of any HRINC website shall deem as read and fully understand all the policies. In case, the User breach any term and condition under this policy, he/she shall take full liability to HRINC. 

II. Definition

In other to have a better understanding of the policy, HRINC shall provide a definition on some keyword under this policy;

  • Visitor: is refer to a visitor who visits the webpage without doing any profile or member registration.
  • Employee: is referring to an individual who seeks a job opportunity by registered the candidate profile and posts their own resume on the website.
  • Employer: is refer to any natural or legal person who seeking the potential employee, however, under this policy, they choose to make direct contact with the candidate through registration the Employer profile on the website and search for the potential candidate resume.
  • Advertiser: is referred to as a person or company that pays for the advertising service on HRINC website.

III. Usage of HRINC Site

The purpose of using this site is for seeking employment opportunities and information only. You may use this site as a regular visitor or as a membership. While using the website, you may request to disclose some of your personal information, however, such information will be minimal and will be keeping within HRINC confidential standard.  

The user shall responsible for their own risk concerning the accuracy of the information they provide to HRINC through account registration or any type of source. The user warrants to always following the site security system. The user may not share the password or any information relevant to the account to any third party. In case, any unrecognized login to the account the user must promptly report to HRINC immediately.

  1. Visitor

    The visitor may use the website freely for seeking employment purpose. However, HRINC may collect a little of your information to provide better service for our user, from your most search job categorize to more complex thing like which of your post or ads get the most response,

    Because you are not the registered member, all your information will keep as unique identifiers tied to the browser, application, or device you’re using.

  1. Employer Registration

    As an employer, you may post about the job description, company structure, company activity, etc, however, such posting must be with respect to our standard. The employer agrees and accepts to provide to HRINC all the necessary information as a requirement for account registration and shall reserve under HRINC Company database for assessing your purpose only. In case, the termination of the account, HRINC guarantee to delete all the relevant information provided by the employer which includes but not limited to any information provided directly or indirectly through email, account registration, or provided by third-party. However, HRINC shall reserve the right to make a copy or backup that deems necessary.  

    Our standard purposely to ensure appropriate usage and with dignity and good faith among HRINC account members HRINC shall restrict some of the activity that state as follows;

  • Post anything that relevant to Politic for whatever reason,
  • The purpose is to promote a certain or some an individual or the company;
  • Inaccurate information regarding the job condition, company information or any action that may lead to misunderstanding,
  • To promote marketing for any type of product, service or model;
  • Any activities that have a potential of spreading the idea of anti-government, religion, a certain organization, a certain individual or legal person;
  • Unappropriated post include but not limited to any sexual activity, cruel image,
  • Post anything that contains hacking instrument such as, virus, malware, hacking application or any type of hacking linked,

    The employer may use the Resume Database and other documents provided in HRINC website appropriately for seeking employment purposes only. You must ensure that all the personal database you received from HRINC must stay confidential. Notwithstanding any discloser of such information to third-party without any notification and consent from HRINC and the information owner. The employer must take full responsibility in case he/she breaches this policy in accordance with the actual damage and applicable law and regulation.

    The employer must take an appropriate security measure to manage all of the information you received from HRINC. Employers, however, must ensure to destroy all of the information after the purpose is complete.

  1. Employee Registration

    You were agreed and accept to register as Employee account within HRINC website for job seeking purpose only and agreed to respect all the terms and conditions understated under this policy. You fully understand that all information provides through account registration will be managed under HRINC database for assessing your applicant. You must ensure that all the provided information must be accurate and up to date with the current situation as to require on the website. You agreed to use this website inappropriate and professional way possible, you shall take full responsibility for your own action and information, any liability result from that information and action will be under your responsibility.

    You acknowledge that all of the information upload and provide to HRINC website will be publish and available for download to any Employer members and all available information may share with the third-party upon the request for employment and lawful business purpose only, without the duty to accounting to you. The policy concerning the usage, share, and destruction to all the information management under HRINC is stated in detail within the Privacy Policy on this website.

  1. Advertiser

    Advertisers agreed to appropriately use the site for market and business purposes only, any activity that uses for any other purpose or unlawful shall be forbidden and remove immediately without any prior notice. Advertisers shall responsible for the development and design of the content, the material contained in its advertisement within an appropriate manner.

    HRINC shall reserve the right to change the service fees from time to time, in accordance with the market rate. HRINC will give a prior notice within 30days period and he/she must responses to the offer within the given period, in case of advertiser fails to respond within the given period than it shall deem as rejected. HRINC reserves the right to terminate, remove and suspense all right advertisers have with HRINC without prejudice to all other rights and remedies available to HRINC.

  1. Intellectual Property

    All content within this website belongs to HRINC property, which includes but not limited to Logo, Web Design, HLTM code, Trademark, any type of Article, and various types of video conduct by HRINC. Any unauthorized copyright concerning any point stated above shall take full responsibility in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law of Cambodia. Users may download or copy the Contents solely for their personal non-commercial use and/or users that are expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Non-HRINC Link

    HRINC warrant that the website contains various links connecting to the third-party website, which belongs to HRINC partnership and advertiser. These link purposes solely to give you various options regarding an employment opportunity, however, it is not under the management of HRINC. Therefore, HRINC will take no liability on any loss, business interruption, or any type of damage resulting from accessing those linked and does not make any representation regarding the content or accuracy of content, information on such a website. HRINC advises you to take a good security measure before visiting these linked.

IV. HRINC Liability

As the host website among the other thing, HRINC will ensure to Employer, Job Seeker, and the User the liability as follow:

  • Ensure that the employer will able to review and search conveniently for the potential CV of the candidate and able to review, download the CV, and make a contact with them directly.
  • Ensure to Job Seeker that the posting CV will reach to the employer just like any other Job Seeker with no discrimination.
  • HRINC will not interfere with the communication between the Employer and the candidate or make any suggestion concerning the evaluation to any party unless there is a request from either of the parties. In case of such a request, HRINC will guarantee to provide professional consulting as a recommendation purpose only.
  • HRINC will provide full support including but not limited to; Career Advice, preparing the resume, or necessary condition for evaluating a good candidate upon the request from the client.
  • Job Seeker shall responsible for any plagiarism concerning their own resume, in case there is a suspicion or found out regarding such a case, he/she must contact and seek the assistance from HRINC agent immediately for the solution. This also applies to the conflict between Employer with Employer and Employer with the candidate.
  • In case any technical error that may lead to an inaccurate information error, HRINC will take no responsibility for any liability result from it.

 V. Disclaim

HRINC established to provide an ideal employment opportunity environment and to promote a higher success rate. Our goal is to globally share and promote accurate information concerning job information and CV among our membership and our visitor. However, due to the impossible nature to operating a non-error, virus or hacking free environment, HRINC shall reserve the right to relieve from any liability on any loss or damage result from the negligence and fault, which include but not limited to; Hacker Attack, Any type of Damage, Lose Data or Business interruption or lost the job opportunity, cyber-crime, and any harmful activity.

VI. Termination

These terms and conditions shall remain in full force while you still make a monthly payment. However, upon the mutual agreement or failure to make the monthly payment or any negative action such as breach any of the terms and conditions, conduct any criminal crime, HRINC shall have the right to terminate your account at any time.
