Responsibilities and Duties

Repair and maintenance of all property equipment, building and grounds.
To maintenance and repair in all aspect of AC, Chiller, Freezer inside the guest room and Karuna Village along with the equipment in accordance to Song Saa Standard.
Suggest and implement systems that maintain the effectiveness of all systems and ensure the safety of all Song Saa family members and guests.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum experience of 3years in the same role and a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment in hospitality.
Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is required.
A good command of English.
Able to live in a remote location.
Self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach.
Easily adapt to unpredictable events and work under pressure.
Pro-active and reliable.
