Responsibilities and Duties

Uphold Song Saa’s beliefs and Brand DNA at all times.
Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained for all F&B outlets.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with best practices to prevent contamination or illness.
Ensure consistent high-quality food and beverage service across all outlets.
Oversee restaurant and bar operations when required, including all aspects of service and presentation.
Work across all bars and restaurants as per operational requirements.
Assist with staff development and on-the-job training to maintain service standards.
Ensure the proper handling, care, and maintenance of all bar and restaurant equipment to prevent damage and minimize loss.
Oversee rotation and proper storage of perishables, minimizing waste through labeling and cleanliness.
Support profitability goals by operating efficiently and minimizing resource waste.
Other tasks as assigned by F&B Manager.
