Responsible for driving client vehicles to ensure safe transportation of client personnel and official guests and to assist them on entry and exit from vehicles as necessary. S/he assures the cleanness and readiness of operation of the assigned vehicle by regularly checking tires, brakes, engine oil, fan belt, etc. do the minor repairs and monitor the vehicle maintenance schedule to ensure vehicles are optimally maintained. S/he demonstrates a client‐oriented approach, courtesy, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.

• Drives client personnel and official guests to their specified destinations in an official client vehicle;
• Maintains a logbook for assigned vehicle to record details of mileage trips, fill up  gasoline, oil, repair, cleaning, washing etc.;
• Maintains assigned vehicle in clean and good operating condition through daily routine and periodic maintenance checks oil, battery, brakes, tires etc., and promptly reporting to supervisor any problems or defects found;
• Ensures that the necessary steps conforming to the Cambodian rules and regulations are taken during accidents;
• Periodically arranges the laundering of the seat covers of assigned vehicles;
• Handles a variety of other tasks such as photocopying, mail distribution, pickup and delivery of urgent documents/other items, collation, packaging, back up on file management, assisting in reception duties, etc.;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Fleet Manager and the Senior Finance and Administration Officer and/or the team where applicable

• Good ability to understand and speak English;
• Upper secondary school completion;
• Valid National driving license with Passenger Vehicle category;
• At least 5 years of experience in driving four-wheel vehicles;
• Good knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
