A. Customer Communication

• Determine all freight price for Sales
• Negotiate with new and existing customers when there is any change in freight price
• Analyze costs and determine all related expenses with discussion and approval from CEO and DCEO
• Go out with Sales to visit and meet with customers at depots and companies
• Solve all problems with customers related to delivery in case of goods wet, damaged or lost
• Prepare summary report of all clients for DCEO

B. Sub-Truck Partners

• Determine all freight price for sub-truck partners
• Find new sub-truck partners according to the actual needs of the company
• Daily, weekly and monthly check on the reports of beer and other goods delivery given from the sub-truck managing before sending to CEO and DCEO for inspection.
• Always well manage when there is any sub-truck partner proving freight service to the company (there must be a clear contract and pricing)

C. Spare parts – Purchasing

• Examine every report of monthly spare parts purchasing
• Examine all the price of spare parts buying and spare parts selling to sub-truck partners
• Review and approve the purchase request from the garage team
• Examine the monthly spare parts expenditure

D. Fuel

• Supervise and update information to the DCEO and accounting department about fuel’s fluctuating prices once in every 10 days
• Find new depots and gas stations when needed to purchase from outside

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in procurement duties
• Strong communication, negotiation, analysis and strategic thinking skills
• Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is an advantage
• Can work under pressure, work as a team, and work outside sometimes
• Courteous, honest, sociable, and willing to learn and take up challenges
