- Support NIP with planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring capacity-building interventions for new/existing NIP/EPI staff at both national and sub-national levels.
- Identify gaps in the capacity of new/existing NIP/EPI staff and assist NIP with assessing training and development needs for NIP/EPI staff.
- Support development/updating of training curricula and training aides across NIP content areas.
- Support the development of e-learning modules for new/existing EPI staff training, including support to identify appropriate CSOs or companies for content development and implementation.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and analyze and report results and recommendations for improvement.
- Support NIP to engage and conduct consultative workshops with academic tertiary institutions to update EPI curriculum.
- Any other activity as may be assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (public health, medical doctor, pharmacy, nursing, midwife, policy, biology, or science).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Cambodia MoH or NGOs in developing training curricula and materials.
- Professional experience in healthcare, maternal and childcare, and knowledge of the Cambodia MoH, preferably knowledge of the immunization program.
- Academic background advantageous i.e. lecturing at the tertiary level.
- Experience conducting project monitoring and evaluation advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong and effective working relationships with government and NGO partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or other data-analysis tools.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently with minimal instruction.
- Strong openness to feedback and willingness to improve.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Khmer and good written and spoken English.
