We're looking for a warm and welcoming Grab Airport Ambassador to be the friendly face for travelers at the airport. Your mission is simple: to turn a potentially stressful travel experience into a smooth, convenient, and peaceful ride. If you thrive on helping others and love meeting new people, this is the perfect role for you.

• Be the Welcoming Smile: You'll be the first point of contact for travelers, greeting them with a positive attitude and guiding them to our comfortable pick-up areas.
• Lend a Helping Hand: See someone struggling with their bags? You'll be there to offer assistance, helping load luggage to make their journey that much easier.
• Be the Grab Guru: Proactively chat with travelers who might look lost or need a ride. You’ll be an expert in our app, happily showing them how it works or even booking a ride for them to ensure they get where they need to go.
• Champion a Seamless Journey: From the moment a passenger arrives to the second they're in their Grab ride, you'll be their go-to person for a hassle-free experience.
• Keep Things Flowing: You'll work alongside our driver-partners and the airport crew, helping to coordinate and ensure that pick-ups are quick, safe, and efficient for everyone.
