Job Summary
This role is responsible to supervise all business quality and make sure agency procedures are properly followed SOPs and guideline.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement the Business Quality Framework
- Perform distribution/sales analytics and set up business predictive models
- Provide periodic update to the Head of Agency Operations and Compliance team on quality of distribution & sales
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide early warnings to the Head of Agency Operations on potential business quality risk
- Collect intelligence on unusual agency activities
- Conduct incident-based training in conjunction with Compliance and Agency Training
- Conduct detailed detective checks on predefined agency samples (Ex: Agents with abnormal/unusual sales trends)
- Proactive analysis of competitor/industry best practices
- Assist Head of Agency Operations on implementing initiatives and measures on improving
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law or related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of compliance experience
- At least 2 years of Knowledge in life insurance industry is an advantage
- Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
